I am a Westpac customer and I tried to deposit money into my account. When the deposit was declined I did not get my money back from the ATM. The service of the phone line was weak, 'can not do anything about it you have to go to the branch tomorrow morning'. Since I am leaving the country within the next days I will need to sort this out - end open.
