The state of the pools and changing rooms today were far from pleasant. The toilets were so dirty with female bodily fluids etc on the floor. Toilet paper everywhere and other gross things. Even my 5 year old wouldnt use the bathroom here. The changing rooms were covered in rubbish and clumps of hair all threw the showers and on the changing room floors. It wasnt a pleasant place at all.
I told the staff at the front desk and they just didnt seem to care at all. Too busy talking to each other

Went for a birthday lunch and enjoyed the facilities. Hydrotherapy pool was good. The two general pools were a bit full, but not unbearable. Tobowater was the main thing, lots of fun. Good area for kids at all ages. Worth coming.

Watch your belongings when swimming. My husbands debit card was stolen from his bag by a woman wearing a head covering and dark glasses. She then attempted (&failed haha) to use it 7 times via pay wave and ATM. Thankfully a very observant bystander warned him that someone dodgy looking had been in his bag. She seems to have done this at the pools before, this time she's on camera. Make sure you leave your valuables in the lockers. P.S Waterworld you need to repair the lockers in the women's change rooms. They've been out of order for ages!!!

We have taken our young children to Water Worlds swim lessons for a couple of years now. Unfortunately we have decided to stop now due to clashing with swim meets etc that are organised for the same time, which means that there is no parking and it takes over ten minutes to wait in reception in a line. The prices being charged are on par with Auckland even though their facilities are brand new and Water World is run down.

Hydrotherapy pool was supposedly their warmest but it was barely warm enough to stop you getting cold. Showers no warmer.

Staff on front desk barely wanted to lift their heads up from talking to each other to serve you.

Worst part was a disgusting woman who had a PROLONGED nose-blowing and picking session INTO THE POOL, while the lifeguard watched on!

    Facilities themselves clean.

I participated in a Hydrofit session. There were 20+ of us excercising in very pleasant warm water. The variety of activities attended to most areas of the body, allowing us to work within our comfort zone & then to push the boundaries when ready.

great family atmosphere, good variegty of pools, nice outdoor area and bbqs , picnic area and playground area. only downside is that the private spa's have been removed-I have been coming here for almost 20 years and use to enjoy my friday spa session up until the big revamp.large hydrotherapy replaced but still not the same as a private spa

Gym had what you need. Not too crowded. Pools are nice but could be cleaner. Im often swimming through clumps of hair whilst doing lane swimming. But good value and has a nice vibe

One of the best pools I have been to in the country, but why did you get ride of the spas. Bring them back, they were the last ones open to the public.
