Loved the place. While not all the rooms have sea views, the breakfast balcony does. Two minute walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious and to a high standard. Breakfast was awesome and what really made the place was Greg and Ali.

After driving the Coromandel loop all day in the rain on a motorcycle we showed up at Greg and Ali's doorstep wet and cold even with good rain gear. They had us park the bike in the garage and after we got a hot shower they took all of our wet clothes and dried them for us. Then Ali offered us a ride to into town so we could get a hot meal at a good restaurant. On the way back to the B&B she took us on a scenic tour of the town and surrounding area. The next morning we were all dried out, after a wonderful hot breakfast we packed up the bike and headed down the road on a bright sunny day. Thank you Greg and Ali for the wonderful stay at your place the view and location are wonderful.

Stayed 4 nights in January 2009. Absolutely marverlous accomodations and hospitality from Greg and Ali. They made us feel like family. Although located on the main beach road, it was very quiet at night. Ali's homemade muffins are awesome. We were even given a take-away box of them when returning to the airport.
