Stayed 3 nights here. The owner of this small campground is a very friendly old lady. Nice place and cheap to stay (only 25$ per night and 2 persons). Kitchen and bath are good but small (limitless hot shower). The Kitchen can be fastly crowded around 6pm. Probably the best wlan access I've ever had since I'm in NZ (1month)
Very good water quality (filtered ground water).
Bath could be a bit cleaner sometimes, but depends also on other guests

Often no vacancy after 5pm.

Best clean friendly affordable place to stay in and IRENE.Taylor is the most beautiful caring Friendly n Helpful HOST" anyone could wish forMy whanau and I have been going there for tha past 6yrs now and after IRENE" took over I was just blown away wth the hard work she put into transforming that little piece of paradise into A CLEAN FRIENDLY HOME AWAY FROM HOME.The Price is right The SERVICE is great n I recommend anyone or any family's looking for some place to chill out in good ole MotuekaTHE VINEYARD TOURIST UNITS IS THE PLACE TO STAYKia Ora all. Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The owner Irene was very helpful and generous with tips on things to do and places to see. The unit came with a private BBQ which we made use of. We were very happy with the price.

I recommend this as an accommodation option.

When making booking I was asked for credit card details as is the norm. When paying for accommodation I paid cash & received a receipt. A few days later the charge for accommodation was debited to my credit card. This was 2 months ago. 3 phone calls later, I am still waiting for the charge to be reversed & have now lodged a dispute with the bank who is investigating. Each phone call to Vineyard has elicited a promise that the charge would be reversed but no action seen as yet.
