The reason for my 1-star rating is due to the very small amount of chips in a scoop. While the food ordered was very palatable it was very expensive and the most expensive fish n chip shop I have ordered from.

I wish I could add photos. The owner and wife and workers are very rude. Ordered food with no salt and got home 15ins later and found there was salt on it. Went back after calling them and they called us liars. SHOWED them the food and they ARGUED we did it. They said we watched them package it up which we didn't as we wernt in the shop. We go the regularily. They refused to serve me and gave me my money back after yelling and screaming at me about it when the proof was in front of them. This is the 2nd time they have added salt when we asked not to. I was to give the a 0 star rating. They are such horrible people

The owners of this shop are just lovely :)
And they do the best fish and chips in Rangiora. Good selection and consistent quality make this our "go to" takeaway option.

Worst burgers ever we didnt even finish them which is a first so rank & the chips tasted old & fish was not fresh & there wasnt even any salt on any of it so disappointed but atleast we know to never go back! Can't even give zero stars so have to give it 1 star. . .
