  Worst vet we've visited in over 10 years of owning / breeding bulldogs. A simple visit to remedy a small wrinkle infection ended up in the staff and and ourselves in a heated argument. There answer remove the dogs wrinkles. After numerous emails with the Vet council we realize Kiwi's really have no voice when it comes down to poor practice, advice and arrogant staff recommending practices only performed in other countries. The place was filthy even though its a new premises, hair from previous patients all over exam room. The manager took no responsibility and actually did not respond to our first complaint which we intern had to contact the Rotorua branch. As a business owner and dog owner here in Taupo I can not state enough not to visit this poor facility. 1 star isnt low enough
