  Just had a fantastic experience at Ursula Hair Design : I called on the off-chance I could get a stand-by appointment because I happened to be passing through Nelson and my hair desperately needed cutting. The lady that answered the phone was super friendly and even moved things around so they could squeeze me in that afternoon. My hair was cut by Danielle, a junior stylist, who was lovely and chatty, and did a fantastic job on my hair, even though she said she was a bit nervous as she had not had much practice on short hair. We talked quite a bit about how I wanted it cut and I showed her some photos of my hair style when it was shorter. She also kept checking throughout that she was doing the right thing. Danielle was very attentive to my needs and I loved the end result. Had a lovely head massage from the very new apprentice too. Great service from Ursula Hair Design - highly recommended!

  I have been going to this salon for years and the service is second to none!
  The girls are delightfully cheerful and helpful. The stylists are incredibly skilled. I am always happy with the results of my experiences there!

  I`ve been going to this salon for nearly 10 years and frankly wouldn`t go anywhere else! The service and skills in this salon and second to none!
