After some miscommunication the oven was cleaned. It's now the cleanest it has ever been. The shelves are slightly uneven but an easy fix. Thanks for clearing up the miscommunication in person.

We have been using Ultimate Clean for all our cleaning requirements at the clinic for over a year now. They provide what they promise, deal with matters in a professional manner and you will always find someone on the other side of the phone who is more than happy to help. We definitely recommend them!

I booked in for a clean to be done at a specific time due to work commitments. They turned up a hour earlier while potential buyers were viewing my property with agents and asked to do it now. The person on the phone referred to the agent as "the fat one". The agent can not leave the house unlocked for the cleaner. I said I booked 4:30pm due to work. They rung their worker back to find out if they could come back. No one called me back. When I rung to find out 10 mins later the same guy said "oh I forgot, no they cant do it then". Re booked again for 4:30pm. The person then said thank you "now go away". So rude!!! Will never use or recommend ultimate clean ever. I bought a voucher, otherwise I would ring another company.

Great company to deal with. They attend to last minute requests with no fuss and go a great job cleaning. They are also a one stop shop as they do carpet cleaning as well, so no need to get another contractor in.

Arranging the service was very easy with details on what the spring cleaning entails. I had gone around getting very high quotes for the same service they provided at a very affordable price for a small place like mine. The staff was very professional and time conscious! Keep it up guys

These guys came to my house to clean my carpet, they were awesome guys, very friendly and did an amazing job. Having a young kid my carpet was pretty much destroyed with stains and to be honest I wasn't expecting much of a difference but I'll let the pictures talk for themselves.

As property managers we regularly use this service. We have always found them to be punctual , polite and obliging. We have generally been happy with the result and if there have been any issues they have been willing to return and rectify the matter.
