Great experience. We noticed a puncture just a few 100 metres away from Tyre General. Our rental van asks for commercial tyres of a special dimension which they didn't have on stock. So they offered to change the wheel and put the spare tyre on. So far, so good. But that wasn't all by far. Not only that they offered a coffee, have been extraordinary friendly and refused to charge some money for their prompt service. But they called another tyre company (yes, a competitor) in order to sort out if they have "our" dimensions on stock. They hadn't but Kerrin made them to do a call themself in order to find out which of their branches might have them. And this was successful. We finally got our tyres changed a few hours after our first contact with Tyre General. All they ask us for was to enjoy NZ. We do, guys, and you're part of the reasons
