Awesome staff who genuinely care and are attentive to the guests needs. Food is top notch and prices reasonable for the quality and time taken. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Heated bathroom floor and spa bath a bonus. Free wifi that actually works and hi speed. Location is very central and the river view just stunning. Well run establishment and ill be back. Highly recommend

Nice place to stay but really needs to have more car parks had to ask a staff member to move a car so.we could park up for the night

A good place but watch out you don't get a room close to the restaurant and bar as the late night banter and singing is a bit much if you are trying to sleep.

It's really a nice hotel in Nelson. The most impressive thing is their custom service. We accidentally left our credit card at hotel's counter. Their customer service is very nice and patient, helping us send the credit card back to our country. Trailways Hotel Nelson is a hotel that you can trust.

Great welcome and very caring. We were visiting Nelson for my husband to have treatment on his back. The restaurant was very obliging providing food to our room. Our room was well appointed & very clean.

What a great place to stay. Very neat, clean and tidy. Conveniently located, small walk to local shops, banks, cafes and supermarket. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

A nice hotel/motel, close to Trafalgar Park. Suitable for business related stays. Their in house restaurant is quite nice though their prices are on the dearer side of the scale.

Not a very good experence, basic room for the price, first night found a mashed up food in the bed and had to be moved to another room and then the second night came back from tea and most of the power was out to the room. Not the best experience for a birthday surprise weekend and first time in Nelson.
