Travelled from Hamilton to pick up my stolen car from this recovery yard, website add clearly states "Open 24 hours" !! Car was towed 7 days before i was notified. Because of bad weather and very heavy traffic the 6 hour trip took 9 hours. Upon arrival in kerikeri rang said yard was told it was shut and even after offering an extra $ 150 cash to have my car released was denied any kind of leniency..So after getting dragged from my car and it stolen along with some very personal items .. $1100 watch $2500 worth of gold rings one being my wedding ring and other items and cash, I've had to endure loss after loss. Now to be put through more trauma,I've now had to pay motel fee for the night. Was only informed that my car was released tuesday 26/09/2017. Have to pay the storage fee from 19/07/2017. I feel abused and insulted that a company that clearly stated in this add Open 24 hours. Was not !!!! Clearly this is a case of false advertising misleading and a farce. Shame on you total recovery im an invalid on a benefit

I had the pleasure to be helped by this company during an accident in February this year. The staff are excellent and made us feel a lot better during a quite dramatic afternoon in "the middle of nowhere".
The staff we meet went really the extra mile to help us out of a complete mess ( poor service by the rental car company Ezi Car Rental).
I will strongly recommend their service and attitude.
