Tiles were delivered on time and product was beyond satisfactory. Would recommend using this company. Callum was an absolute treasure to deal with.

We got really great service when we called in to check out tiles for our bathroom project. The sales person was knowledgeable and helped with our tile selection. Would recommend this store.

Ordered tiles on Sunday for delivery Tuesday.
When no onne called to advise arrival by Wednesday I rang and as there was no answer I left a msg with my number.No one called.I rang again on Friday to be told they are out of stock in N Z. To top it off the shop girl said it wasnt her " practise" to check the answer phone.
All round piss poor service from this mickey mouse outfit.They dont have stock,they dont have accurate stock records,the price quoted on their display does not include freight from their warehouse but they dont mention that.
GO ELSEWHERE.
