  Brilliant products and service from the wool company. Never thought I would get my husband to wear merino but he loves the merino boxers and t -shirts. He even bought a scarf to wear when we go south to the West Coast. I normally find wool itchy but the merino underwear is so nice and comfortable. Delivery was swift and returned items promptly refunded. Thankyou Wool Company it's a pleasure to do business with you.

  We purchased a present for a uncle in the Uk from the Wool company who offered to mail to the Uk. unfortuanely he had to go to the post office in order to pick up his present 10 miles, only to find he had to pay $45 in order that they would release the package.They wanted to charge VAT(gst) , it was very embarassing to learn that he had to pay as much as we had paid in order to pick up his own present. If The Wool Company had advised that this would be the case we would not have sent it via them.Very dissapointing, would not use again

  I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received from The Wool Company. I bought, at short notice, a fabulous NZ made merino-possum sweater for my husband's birthday, it arrived right on time and is a beautiful garment, absolute tops quality and he loves it. Thanks to The Wool Company! Great selection, great service, highest quality.
