  Excellent coffee, excellent ambience, excellent staff, fantastic food.
  Husband and I had been looking for another cafe after our regular one changed hands and the food quality also changed. We saw the Wine Box Cafe while searching on the net, we went in for breakfast and we were warmly greeted, the decor was homely and comforting with a fantastic feel, the food was beautifully displayed and the coffee was so good, had to have another to take away after breakfast....couldn't fault any of it which is highly unusual, we have found our new Breakfast Cafe and who knows maybe lunch at times also....

  The service my wife and I had here was horrible. The entire place was empty when we went in for breakfast.The girl behind the counter gave us a dirty look, and asked if we had a reservation. We looked around at all of the empty tables, and said no. She replied in a very snobby tone telling us we can sit outside if we want, but the service would be slow. This was in the middle of winter here. We instead simply left.
  
  It's a shame as this is within walking distance, and we would be regulars there if they treated us differently.
