Location is extremely walkable to downtown Queenstown. Lower floors can be a bit noisy with foot traffic.

Ideal location a couple of minutes walk to the centre of town and directly opposite the lake. Apartment was well featured, only downfall is no washing machine and dryer in unit. There is one of each between all of the units which is not enough.

We stayed here for one night in late December. Beautiful facility in an excellent location. We had a sweeping view of the lake. Our apartment had a nice kitchen and comfy living and sleeping spaces. Could have easily spent more time here. Easy walk to all the city center attractions.

We stayed in the penthouse, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. It was a very well maintained unit and is situated in prime location and we could walk around to reach anywhere and everywhere in Queenstown. Highly recommended. Although one thing we noted was the lack of air conditioning, since we stayed in waterfront during summer and since we had the penthouse unit, our room was fairly hot during the day.
