  Staff is alway friendly and helpful.
  I had an issue with a product and went in today to get it sorted. I had amazing customer service from Fiona on the customer service desk. Nothing was too much trouble she sorted the problem with a smile even though she was absolutely run off her feet at time I went in. Thank you ☺

  Good place to go shopping if you have budget (backpackers or poor students) not big choice of clothes for man but better than nothing. I am not sure about quality yet.

  Would give 5 stars but not as good as Kmart. Still cheap but not as many bargains as there used to be. Store more crowded now. Misinformed staff about many products and prices
