James and his renovation team did a fantastic job for my property. His team delivered end to end service from smart, timeless and practical design to a gorgeous unit. James is very professional, detail attention, practical and has a thoughtful mind. His design saves me time and money. The whole renovation was a hassle-free experience. It is well communicated and very transparent. James kept me updated frequently and helped me on every decision making. During the course of the renovation project I have built on the knowledge of choosing the carpet, wall color, tile and kitchen cabinet layout. I learnt a lot from James. James also did extra miles. He helped me to sort out the neighborhood issue which I had no experience to deal with. Even my neighbor told me James and his team were very kind, polite, well communicated. James and his team recently renovated a run-down apartment for me in Parnell. In summary they did a brilliant job. I hadn't used TRT before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I briefed them clearly on what I wanted and James listened carefully and made some excellent suggestions and contributions to the plan. He has loads of experience in this field and constantly added value to the project offering positive ideas that improved the property, saving time and money, and ultimately generating a high quality outcome that was really impressive! These guys know what they are doing! The finished product was superb and I now have an upmarket, modern, contemporary apartment renovated to a very high standard. This will rent very well. I must also compliment the trade team on the project as they were friendly, efficient and helpful at all times. And finally communication - James and Pam were great. They were in touch on a regular basis guiding me through the process and keeping me updated on progress (and any issues) and getting my input on key decisions. I highly recommend The Renovation Team for your next renovation project.

I would like to say a big thank-you to James Goren and The Renovation Team Ltd for the fantastic renovation on my little run-down 1970s town house which included a 2->3 bed conversion, new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring and updating the switchboard and electrics, new hot water cylinder and a complete paint job. The house was completely transformed and looks absolutely fantastic!

Due to a last-minute consent and Covid happening the renovation timeline took a massive hit from what we had planned, but James and his team took it in their stride and were ready to go once we could continue.

He patiently answered the multitude of questions I had - this being my first ever property - and made the whole process a breeze, despite the added drama at the start.

It was also great not having to pick and choose multiple options; James and I agreed on tried and true colours, fittings, etc. with some extras in the kitchen. Great quality and price, on time and on budget!

I highly recommend James to anyone looking for a great project manager and one stop shop for their renovation and certainly intend to use his skills again in the future. I hope the before and after photos (also taken by James) show just how much work and skill went into the reno.
