  Friendly and welcoming nice clean rooms at a very reasonable price. Food at the restaurant was not very good though.

  Courtesy van does not operate because you are not a local, 8 of us were drinking there for most of the evening after the races but you can't get the van home, taxis line up instead. The DLA may be interested that this service does not operate as they say, where is the host responsibility? ????? (Catch a cab they say - real hospitable)

  Manager has lost the meaning of hospitality.
  Grumpy and very off handed. Not very helpful at all. As a Hotel Owner myself I would be disappointed to say the least.
  Otherwise staff and accommodation excellent.

  Booked for 9 and a baby tonight. When I got there, asked to add one more to table. Staff weren't happy. All meals ordered together however 50 minutes from when the first meal was served until the last. My husband's plate was being removed as I got my meal. My meal was almost inedible - schnitzel dry and tough, broccoli yellowed and pumpkin covered in some herb. Very disappointing! Not asked if we wanted desserts, felt like we were a nuisance rather than customers. Used to love eating here, never again. 😦
