  Drop in here to taste some of New Zealand's only home-grown whiskey. Very nice and helpful staff and a cosy little spot with lots to look at (for a tasting room). Apparently they are deciding or planning to relocate the distillery here in the future, so that will make a much more appealing destination. As it is, I reckon it's worth a stop for whiskey lovers, but they've got a ways to go before they rival the quality and depth of flavour being produced by Tasmanian distilleries, even the 20+ years aged expressions from the previous incarnation of the distillery.
