  I have given this place more chances than what they deserve. You wait for longer than an hour regardless of anything. The reception staff are rude and no compassion...it's like they are miserable having to deal with people.
  A year ago I was ready to change Drs because of waiting time And horrible receptionladies but haven't because of Dr Theresa she is awesome..I'm done now I'll change Drs I've had enough of this place and it's ways.

  Replace the reception staff with people who can handle pressure and who want to be there. Mc Donalds staff would do better job. The one receptionist is abrupt and not pleasant to deal with. Very lucky to still have a job with management that doesn't care. Saturday reception is better though. Nurses seem to care more about socializing with other staff. Fine but do it in your own time at least.. Nurse "Sherese" who I encountered more than once has a snobby attitude. Wish I could bypass the whole lot just to see the doctors- the only saving grace of this place.

  Bad customer service, and that is no exaggeration. The reception couldn't care less. Lower your expectations below subterranean. Otherwise you'll just get frustrated and disappointed. There's a reason why it's gogle review is so low, and it's very deserving of it. Shop around for another GP clinic if you have the option. You can have better and you deserve much better.

  Been going here for the last 18+ years. Unfortunately as an adult for the last 12 I have nothing positive to say. From Reception to Doctors is a hit and miss. Sometimes they are ok but most times it looks like they couldn't care less , After the lack of care shown when my wife visited last week it's time for a New GP.
  11/09/17 - Still useless. Brought my 3 month old daughter here and she was prescribed Codeine for diarreha and being concerned I made a call to Allan Tee when I got home . And what a surprise, He said not to give it to my lil one until he checks with the doctor that prescribed it and the reasoning behind it. Been 5days and i have heard nothing back. In the mean time the Lil one is suffering. Today i am Back for myself and it takes so long for them to still find my name. The reception Def needs a shake up. They are the first face of the medical centre and they are doing a horrible job. If it wasnt for Allan Tee i would be gone long time ago.

  I only go for Allan Tee, good doctor very smart and efficient the other doctors especially the South African lady don't know what they are doing. Reception is extremely rude and un helpful on the phone. Best to call and book. Saves the hour long waits

  Took my six year old this morning to see a GP. We waited for over an hour.
  To my horror the bill was $40.00 just to see the Dr. We are a NZ family, we were all born here. I asked why he wasn't free and the receptionist said because we were casual and didn't use them as our usual practitioner. So beware everyone, this place is a rip off!!! Go elsewhere!!!!

  Just visited The Doctors Ti Rakau today. Was very impressed with the service. When arrived, there were quite a few patients waiting but the on duty doctor (Dr Allan Tee) was very efficient. To my surprise, I didn't have to wait too long before I was seen by the nurse and shortly after, was seen by Dr Tee. Very happy with the consult. Job well done! Keep it up!

  Took my son to the doctor as he's sick from last 3 days and he has a tendency to bleed from his nose every time he's temperature rises. He has already bled 4 times in the morning so went at 1 pm and was told the waiting time is bit over 1hr, after 2 hrs waiting when we checked with reception they informed us it will take another hour for the doctor to check on him as there are more severe patients. My point is please check all the patients as per they arrive and not on the severity because for that there's a seperate ward in the hospital known as "Accidents and Emergency".

  The front desk receptionists are unprofessional, rude and ill-trained; both in person and on the phone. For this reason alone, my family and a few friends have left this clinic, it's actually a huge bother to have to deal with them at all, even if it's to pay at the end of a visit. Quite shocking actually. They're in the wrong line of work.

  The receptionists there are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Seem to be in a grumpy mood all the time. But the doctors and nurses are attentive and caring. Would be a 0 star if it wasn't for them.

  I think this service is terrible.I have been registered with this clinic for 20 years and now in the last year have slowly seen it decline in all aspects of service.First it takes two weeks to get an appointment with your doctor.Second if you wait in the walk in part it takes 40 to 1 hour to see the one and only doctor that's on.Its like this all the time.Thirdly,When seeing a nurse as a walk in patient its a waste of time don't bother I have waited an hour each time and walked out.Next,there's no car parking.I have to park by the butcher.Next,You can't make an appointment to see the nurse on the weekends.Most of us work so I don't get it.I think the premises are way too small and do question what kind of service they want to be because now it's just greed and lack of good quality services.Even when you ring you could be waiting up to 15 minutes. Its about time you took a good hard look at yourselves. Your beginning to put profit before patient care.
