Very bad experience. Brought my bike for a service, renew crank bearing, cassette and chain (– 230 bucks). When I got it back none of the gears worked without noise and worse my rear wheel seized suddenly whilst going downhill. Very dangerous. Brought it back and asked to fix it. Was done some days later and cost another 50 bucks and I was received by very grumpy staff as if I was a nuisance and told they hope I will not have to come back. Tested the bike at home and found the rear bake discs got grease on it! Not only bad breaking performance and very dangerous but also very noisy now and can dump my pads.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff and owner, Andrew. We needed to hire 3 bikes for our family. Did not make advance reservation. They had only one bike left. But somehow, they made available a brand new bike and got a third one belonging to an employee to ensure we were not disappointed. We spent most of the day cycling the Rimutaka trail on a beautiful summer day. At $100 for 3 bikes, that was extremely good value. My kids agreed that was the best part of our holiday in Wellington.

Andrew is friendly and knowledge, both my wife and I found him great to deal with
