Nice and quiet place to live in. Only 10 mins drive from Picton and it is easy to park there. I like the view and homemade bread there!
I can feel they are trying to provide a good place for people to live in Picton, a place has a feeling of a cosy home. We come back again.

Nice simple accommodation.

Basic rooms with a shared kitchen space, but brilliant views and only a short walk from Picton.

Just around the corner from Waikawa bay itself, perfect for a dip in the summer.

Very peaceful place. We were a few people so it was very quiet. Large double room with a comfortable bed. Facilities very clean. Landry-machine and dryer (2$ each) very efficient. Kitchen well equipped with everything for cooking. Several tables outside. Staff friendly. The only negative point is the wifi : free vouchers but only 50 MB that is really too low for travellers.
