  I was a client of sharmine when she was working form home, then she opened her salon in town so i went to support her new business in town and Purchased pre paid treatment from her salon, her nail girl Hannah done shellac gel polish but unfortunately polish didn't dried / bubbled, I presumed that the polish was out of date or off, she end up removed them her other nail girl Billy tried and same thing happened and called Sharmain told her what was happeining, she replied to Billy and told her for me to go to Sharmain 's house and she will apply my polish her self to see why it was bubbling when I went home Sharmain called me and arranged Wed morning to fix my nail on the Wed morning she called and said she has to cancel me today because her son was in hospital, my reply of course hun family comes first, you do what you need to do for your son and call me back when ever you are able, 3 weeks later she closed her salon and never honored my 350 dollars, very shame!!!

  My fact are right I would never make up something it s not true,
  * I've stated clearly that , you have closed your salon,
  * I've said " you have arranged a day to fix my nail but you've fail to do so, due to your family reasons
  * both of your staff tried to apply the color but has done the same thing and that had never happened to me before with any other product, or a salon so nothing to do with my nails,
  * 3 weeks later purchasing your loyalty card your bussness was closed and i had no idia that was coming other wise I would never purchased the card or tried to get more treatment to use my credit
  * Ive never used my credit; the day l purchased it, i had unstisfiying gel polish which they removed for you to apply , so I had nothing !!!
  So the service I've purchased never completed.
  * they are few times I've remind you and you said your business closed you were going to check your books and get back to me , you may remember one of them we were and Jen's house so I've witnesses,
  * the last we had this conversation at a public place you were with your family therefore I didn't opened the subject !!! you did by commenting on my nails, saying " I see you do them your self now" my answer was jokingly yes I do because I'm still waiting on you to call me, after that moment you weren't happy and stormed off
  * i've tried to resolve this issue by reminding you, and yes I've said to you don't worry in the end because you werent able to offer $350 worth of treatment or my money back you've offered 3 times treatment at at your house and ive asked you if you think its fair , and honest think to do,? you've said yes it's fair, knowingly 3x treatment worth 150 dollars not 350
  * please let me know what part is not TRUE
  * ps technically to me; your business not closed when you still trading under same business name on different address; please correct me if I'm wrong

  As soon as you walk through the door you feel relaxed. The team there are great. I had a full body massage and facial and walked out feeling absolutely divine.
  
  It's located in the center of Queenstown, so it's really easy to get to - about 5 mins walk from my hotel.
  
  I can't wait to go back!
