Both my parents have been in patients at different times at this hospital & have both received excellent care from the friendly helpful nursing staff. A lovely location with lovely views & nice atmosphere

Terrible service, drove one hour to get there, completely tore my ACL in half and was sent home with some paracetamol after two hours wait, thank Thames! p.s the one star is for the free paracetamol!

I couldn't have asked for better treatment or friendlier staff. The food was pretty good too! Love the atmosphere and décor etc of Thames especially compared to Waikato.

Waiting for a doctor to see my son who has an open wound, bare in mind he is a toddler (17 months old), all the while his face is not being seen to!
