A very bad experience. We encountered very poor workmanship and governance overall, - and the directors have not, and will not honor their guarantees. Instead they hide behind the well used pattern of rogue builders, - by dissolving their company, - before a new building was signed off by the architects, - thus making their guarantees worthless. 6 years after the build, the building had well over 1/2 million dollars spent replacing rotting timber frames and correcting bad workmanship. The current directors did not offer to help in the reconstruction - nor pay anything toward costs. I think it is a disgusting example . worth noting.
