  So many of the walks start from here. Plenty of options from a short easy walk to a gut busting climb to the top. The longest walk is approximately 2 1/2 hours. Most are under an hour.

  Carpark for starting hiking towards Te Mata Peak.
  Good information is provided for different tracks.
  Well maintained and unattended.
  Nice place to park your car in case you are interested in hiking towards the peak otherwise you can continue driving all the way till the end.
