  This is the first time I have purchased from Steve's Appliance Spares. Their service is outstanding. The online order was acknowledged quickly and I was kept informed of progress. The parts were delivered to my Auckland address in less than 48 hours, even though it was the week prior to Christmas. Highly recommended.

  Excellent service. I ordered parts at 6pm on a Saturday, we received an email with a tracking number less than an hour later. Regular communication on progress with our order and tracking emails. Many thanks, we will be back!

  Absolutely amazing, as far as I'm concerned there're second to none in customer service. Needed a set of Fisher & Paykel smart drive suspension rods. They where easily ordered online in the afternoon and unbelievably delivered very well packaged in the morning the following day. I am one very happy customer who will recommend Steve's Appliance Spares whenever possible.

  Fantastic service. Website is easy to navigate and with enough information to ensure you can be confident you've ordered the right part. Excellent communications ensure you know how your order is progressing and amazingly quick delivery (ordered part Sunday night, delivered to Auckland on Tuesday!).   Thorough communications, updater and honesty. After sales support is exceptional and not just for faults, but for assistance.
