Not a happy customer at all!!! Brought a Samsung j2 prime from your store about 2-3 months ago for $200 +.
To find out that there is no space on the phone to do anything. It has 8gb but the phone itself takes up like 7 of the 8gb. I now cannot receive any txts or messages on facebook. Cant even open my gallery & to top it off! It won't ring sometimes. I'll just receive a txt to say i missed a call, but the phone will be right in front of me. Its not reception because everyone in my house has full reception. Am totally disgusted!!! Biggest rip off ever!! If you had of told me about the memory issue i would not have brought it at all!! I had to get a loan from my bank to get that phone as i am a beneficary. Stop being all about the sales & start looking after your customers. I will never buy from there again!!! -

Left my Samsung s7 in to be repaired was giving a loan phone
phone has no rings tones working or any tones working now have to go back to shop again rubbish service
