Nice enough rooms but staff were rude and unwelcoming. No vibe here at all. Go to Springfield motel and lodge instead.

Very nice backpackers with a homey feeling. It wasn't crowded, so we got a room to ourselves. The common areas were large and well stocked, and the owner had some simple groceries for sale, which was convenient. You can really tell the place is an old converted home. It felt very lived in, in a good way.
