A MUST DO. The view from the top of the Skyline is unbelievable and is something you should put on the top of your list while exploring Queenstown. You have the option to ride the gondola or walk the Tiki Trail to the top, either way you won't be disappointed!

Very expensive and no option for a one way journey if you plan on walking or paragliding down. Pushy photography staff that try to insist on taking your photo and are then rude when you say no. I suggest walking up one of the enjoyable tracks. Great views when you get up there but you don't need Skyline gondola for that.

Came up for a conference dinner. The night time vies along the track was quite nice. Quite and fairly easy stroll since it wasn't too dark. We were here in early September so there was snow on the grounds as well.
The dinner was ok. Food looked good but was a bit disappointing, the scallop entree was a bit fishy but the others were ok. The service was really good. The staff were friendly and nice.
Really nice scenery to look at so always worth a visit.

Not as expensive as I thought it would be but still not cheap. $35 for a ride if memory serves. A good deal for a day or half day is you were mountain biking. A bit of a wait as it's quite popular

Totally worth the money! Beautiful views and delicious Cafe at the top. I recommend the luge as well. It's super fun and they have a package deal for gondola/luge rides. Check it out for sure!

A "must visit" in Queenstown! The view from the very top was amazing. Enjoyed the Hakka experience and luge ride.
Buffet dinner not so good but the dessert section was delicious.

Very steep gondola ride that can be quite exciting. The view on top is unparalleled. I enjoyed the viewing deck and just the spacious indoor sitting area to relax. And don't forget about the luge!

Skyline Gondola and restaurant and the facilities at the top were amazing. So much fun and the food and views were great. The mulled wine was yummy. I liked the picture's they took that you could purchase.

Nice view. Took the gondola and luge package (2, 3, 5, 6 rides options available). My friends and I got the 6 rides package. Definitely did not regret it. Would go again. Prices are reasonable as well.

Remember to head to the lookout deck at the skyline. Wonderful panoramic view.

I've done luge many times in Rotorua (many years ago) and this was my wife's first time. It was a nice day and we got the Gondola and 7 luge ride pass.
Staff are very pleasant and professional and ensure all first rides are given thorough explanation on how to use the luge. helmets are provided and good clean condition.
Ride and course good and can reach some good speeds.
We had a great time.

A must see and do experience when in Queenstown. Well worth it. Buy your tickets in the town centre to avoid the massive ques and try and go during the week in peak tourist season. Plan to spend at least half a day and make sure to try the buffet lunch, so much food and choices in a very well presented way. We did the luge ride, such fun. There's down hill mountain biking which also looks like fun. Awesome views and very well run.

The views are incredible. Try and spend as much time as you can up here. The luge is incredible fun. Would recommend at least 3 times as the first time you have to go down the less steep blue track, only then are you allowed on the faster red track.

Great fun at a great price. The daily deal was $59 pp for the gondola and 6 luge rides. Took just over 2 hrs once we had a quick bite to eat as well. The luge is great fun for all ages.

Gondola is must do if you are in Queenstown. Provides 360 degree views of the city, the lake and the Remarkable ranges. Staff are helpful despite the rush. Luge rides are good and take you further up hill but my son fell in love with a coin operated Volvo mini crane placed right outside their cafe. It is really fun!!! Highly recommended.

Finding a car park is a challenge during peak periods so avoid rush hours where possible or arrive early. Will recommend purchasing combo rides if you plan to spend couple of hours. Do take sometime to explore on foot.
