It has been a completely great experience from the beginning. I bought my little scooter 3 months ago, they lady who attended me did everything I needed (registration and sales process) in time record since k had to travel to south island with the moped the day after. Now, coming back to town to stay, I went to set up a first moped checking, and still received great service. Luv the staff there!

Felt ripped off. Just gave my motorbike 125 cc to tighten up chain and got charged $70. I surely think its very steep for just titghtning a chain.

My wife and I walked into the shop for a very casual look , and walked out .or should I say rode out with an awesome scooter! Great honest non-pushy staff that really seem to live and breathe bikes and scooters! I would recommend anyone looking for some fun on two wheels to pop in and see them!

Got my very first scooter from these guys, they even helped to set me up with a driving school and everything I needed to learn from scratch. Every single one of the staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Even when they were busy they would still give as much info as possible. They taught me everything i needed to know about scooters even though they had no idea i was purchasing a scooter, anyone that says they dont offer the best services is just lying. I have been to many motorcycle stores in New Zealand, and I can confidently say these guys are by far the best. I highly recommend anyone keen on buying a motorcycle to go to these guys.

Popped in the other week as the new scooter I bought online wouldn't start. Mark figured out what was wrong, fixed it on the spot, and gave me heaps of useful advice - all free of charge. Highly recommended.
