  I enjoyed an absolutely wonderful facial. The therapist was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable being shaped rather than flat as in most places. I highly recommend adding a Royale Beauty visit to the list of must dos when visiting New Plymouth!

  I had the pleasure of Sandy doing an eye lash lift today..
  I absolutely rate Sandy highly, for her experience, gentleness, knowledge and passion of her profession..
  I love that she is always keeping up with new products, techniques..
  She used the new LVL Lash Lift on me today and I am very impressed with the results, my lashes look thicker, lifted and best of all no mucking around with mascara..

  Went in for a Spa Party, they put us in a room that didn't have enough seats. The room wasn't able to turn up the music without turning up the music in the other treatment rooms so it was quiet. They didn't soak my hands before the Gel Manicure and then started cutting my cuticles 4/10 of them were bleeding and sore. One of them is currently scabbed across my cuticle. Three of my nails gel started wrinkling so she had to take it back off and redo them. There was one lady there who couldn't give massages or pedicures because her hand was hurt so a friend who wanted a pedicure could only get a manicure. At the end there was no system in place for us to pay for our treatments separately so they had everything mixed up and tried to charge us for treatments we never had. I give a 2 star because I was told the facial and massage were very good, the rest not so much. Would not go back, even with the $10 voucher that was given.
