Icecream wasn’t bad, but there are a lot of rules here. E.g you can’t mix certain flavours, and you can’t pay with a non-NZ card.

Pretty much the go to place in central Dunedin for an ice cream. Just a single scoop is huge, the double will leave you in a food coma and the triple is simply ridiculous. Their own 'bikkie batter' is pretty average though. The Kapiti premium ice cream selection is great. But the real star of the show are the real fruit ice creams. Even when there is a huge line, it's worth the wait. Really friendly staff too.

We saw this queue snaking out of a dairy and thought it was quite weird as it was not a lotto jackpot weekend, then we realised they sell ice cream. After waiting patiently for our turn, we had a hard decision in making our selection.

If your this way, and like ice cream, just join the queue and enjoy !

The best ice cream shop to visit in Dunedin. Our favourite Kmer Asian restaurant is just along the road and a visit for an ice cream after a meal is a must. The staff are always freindly and welcoming and make a visit for ice cream a pleasure. Actually you don't need a meal as an excuse , just go straight down the road for the ice cream.

On a hot day, this ice cream is the best. It was fun to taste some of their New Zealand flavors that we don't have in the USA, like honeycomb and Hokey Pokey. Our kids loved it.

As I walked into the store I wasn't inspired at all (the place really has nothing cosy and doesn't look inviting).

The ice-cream is indeed super cheap ($6NZD for 4 scoops), but I don't understand all the hype about this place. The ice-cream is okay, but definitely not incredible...
