  We have had the pleasure of working with Diane and Marnie Wynyard at Ray White over 4 years and through a range of services. Initially it was through holiday home rental , then long term rental and this year property purchase.
  Totally faultless service, going the extra mile, integrity ,honesty and personalised care was our experience.
  They are fabulous at listening to their clients, care about the outcome short and long term for you in respect to the service they provide. Nothing is to much trouble.
  They also welcomed us to the community and supported us integrate in a very non intrusive manner.
  We cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us.

  Marni Wynyard played a much bigger role in the sale of our house and business than we expected or were accustomed to. Firstly she did not as some agents do bring through people you just know are tyre kickers who will take up precious hours of your busy day and go on to the next set of tyres. But when a pair of keen buyers did come along she made sure we were thoroughly prepared from our side with everything on hand to answer their questions and address any of their concerns. And in what was quite a long negotiating process she took calls from both sides at all hours of the day with tireless good humour, but most importantly she made sure all sides stayed well informed so there were no surprises and no lingering gaps where no one knew what was going on. We would ask Marni to represent us again without a second thought."

  Visiting Historical Russell after a long absence, and with the intention of looking at the odd property, but with no real fixed idea of what we wanted, or indeed needed, we were blessed to discover Marni Wynyard.
  
  She readily met us and showed us around a property we had asked to look at. Although the property was a good one, it was not suitable to our needs. This is where her deep knowledge and understanding of Russell, its properties and the needs of her clients came to the fore. Whilst we felt no pressure to purchase at all, she seemed to delight in helping us figure out what was best for us at time. Even though we became very excited over a particular property, she wisely insisted that we look at other offerings in order to make a really informed decision. In the final outcome, after looking at several options, we bought a fantastic property, which was indeed the last one she showed us.
  
  We found Marni to be energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dynamic, but above all, totally sincere in our dealings with her.

  The team at Ray White in Russell are just magnificent, they have helped us out in our needs for renting a property and also in looking for a permanent place to settle. The service level, the engagement and the positive attitude from the entire team is just awesome!
