This is absolutely the best family can ground ever. Duo much for the kids to do and keep entertained. Staff are friendly and helpful the grounds and facility's are clean and modern.

I can not recommend this place highly enough.

A really great place for a family camping experience. The kids loved roaming the camping grounds, swimming in the river pool, the water slide and flying fox. Camp fires and braziers were well used.

Greatest family camp site in NZ. Largest variety of kids activities I have ever seen. We drive from Auckland every year to come. A lot of families are second generation campers.

The kids love this place, I like it cause the kids love it. A few niggles but nothing that could ruin a great escape with the kids.

A huge park with so much for kids to do. There are absolutely brilliant activities and play things for kids - we were still discovering more tucked away even days into our stay. Kids loved the waterslide, huge tyre swing, and flying foxes the most. The waterhole was busy and freezing, but still fun. Highly recommended for families. Not quite so happy with the general amenities e.g. not enough close by toilets/showers sometimes, and the powered tent sites seem relatively small. Also note there is Creationist propaganda scattered around, but it's easy enough to ignore.
