I had a breakdown on sunday and the guy coming to assist on sunday morning was really helpfull, but on monday i had to pick up a piece and when i call, the guy in the phone hang me up, tired of trying (after 6 calls that i say hi and he hangs) i decide to show my self there, and he finally decides to tell me in a rude way that he would find the piece in a few hours, the piece was just a plastic clip

Towed me out of the mud at night and on top was super friendly. Seeing a friendly person, after an ordeal of trying to dig yourself out (and failing), put me back into vacation mode. Thanks man!
