A great pub with a brilliant atmosphere & live music. We sat outside for dinner and the view was lovely of the water. You cant go pass these meals for $20, such good value.

Great value, great food, great location, nothing to dislike.
Is it the best food in Queenstown no, is it the best value sit down evening meal, I think so.

Quite the busy place. You should try to find a seat/table before ordering at the bar. They give you a number sign and your food will get brought out to you.
I tried the South island lamb rump and it was great. Would definitely recommend eating here, especially considering the price.response / report this review -

Had an awesome dinner here last night. The garlic loaf was outstanding and the three hour slow cooked beef was the best I've ever had. Combine this with a great atmosphere and very reasonable prices, and you can't go wrong. I'll be recommending you to any friends visiting Queenstown. Thanks guys!

I've walked past this place loads of times every time I've been in Queenstown and never gone inside. That was a mistake.
The food is insanely good, especially for the $20 dinner price tag. One of the best pork belly's I've had. My friends loved their salmon and ribs.
The beer selection is pretty good too, along with a few different ciders that you don't normally see.
Good vibe as well. There was a game on while we were there so it was packed. Made it impossible to get a table except for some friendly people who let us share with them.response / report this review -

Great waterfront bar, lovely outdoor seating as well as cosy interior. Range of craft beers were good, try the Great White. Menu is simple with half a dozen items but quality and presentation of both were far more than we expected for a bar offering. We went back twice. Can get very busy if you leave it later to get a table for food.

Very good value food. Mains were $20, a bargain. You can add some very tasty side dishes. The beers are by Mac's, I really liked the Amber ale. Cloudy cider yummy also. Live music most nights.

Lovely spot by the lake. Great menu with a few options you probably won't find at your local. I tried the pub pho, pleasantly surprised by the fresh flavour. Also try the cider jars for something sweet otherwise a good selection of beers.

Just had a craft soda while husband had a few beers. Great staff! So fun and sweet. Great location. We did not eat but the food looked and smelled incredible.

Cosy environment, delicious food and some really good beers (which I was able to try before ordering them). Staff didn't pay much attention to the costumers so they felt a bit unfriendly. overall a nice place to sit and relax or have some dinner (not too expensive).

Excellent selection of Mac's Brewery beers on tap and bottle. Great lakeside location and friendly staff to boot. The $20 dollar steak is amazing value for what you get!
