Settlement happened 47 days late, she told us on the agreed settlement day that the vendor wasn't ready blaming their solicitor for poor communication (I had been asking updates for 15 days with no answer). We ended up in a motel, spent 3k for accommodation. She has never delivered (gave us appointments and didn't show up or came 20 min late, offered help to find movers but 'the boys' had rugby and couldn't come) trusting her we just wasted time and money. A very stressful experience and a pairing vendor-real estate agent from hell. It might have worked for them but I am never ever going back to professional to sell or buy a house. Ever.

Our dealings with Richard Dong have shown him to work WITHOUT INTEGRITY AND TO BE DISHONEST. We had made an offer on a business which was accepted with a handshake and we were left to understand the paperwork was only a formality.
We made arrangements for renovations and made large purchases for the fitout.
Late Friday afternoon, before settlement on the Monday, we received a communication from our lawyer advising richard Dong had made an agreement with a third party behind our backs. There was no opportunity given to increase offer and in fact richard Dong did not return numerous attempts to contact him.
I CANNOT recommend anyone to do business with Richard Dong as you may find yourself in the same predictament as myself, out of pocket after large purchases made, lawyers fees to be paid and now no business to commence on Monday. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY. I RECOMMEND ALL BUYERS BEWARE!response / report this review -

Having been both a tenant and a homeowner for many years, I can say with certainty that dealing with Oxygen Redcoats Professionals has been one of the worst experiences I've had. Their customer service is shocking. They are extremely disorganized. The only time you will hear from them is when they want their money. You couldn't pay me enough to deal with them again. I'd advise anyone (both tenants and homeowners) to stay far, far, away.

Unprofessional. Wont answer our calls or reply to our emails 3 days after we got the house to our keys. We had a question about some wiring in the house but she never got back to replying.
