Friendly and efficient service when receiving a quote for my car that sustained damage when shipping from overseas.

After waiting 3 days for an initial booking for rust I took my car in for inspection, at which point they told me they actually had to raise the car to check the rust under the rear (surprise). I waited another week to return for a quote. I spoke to the friendly mechanic at this point where I was told to expect to pay "$500-$600" and we discussed payments over 3 weeks. I booked the repairs for another week later and then one of their workers "Was sick and they couldn't work on my car today" I booked once again for a week later where it was finally repaired. Speaking to the office staff upon pickup they informed me that the initial quote (which I never received) was apparently closer to $900 and also included GST which was also left out. "Thankfully" it only came to $450ish. HOWEVER apparently because I did not arrange payment options in the office they refused to give me the car unless I made full payment up front because "They do not know me therefore do not trust me". Thankfully I was able to borrow the remaining money or I would have been without a car for yet another week.
Biggest waste of time, avoid this place like the plague.
