  I've been registered with this centre since I was born, but any time I come, the nurses seem very rude. In the past it used to be an old one, but she's since gone. Obviously an unhappy place to work in, but you should never allow that to flow on to your customers. Yesterday one snappy nurse said no walk ins, even though I was the only patient in the centre at 8am, and only required a 2 minute timeframe to get a tetanus shot. Had to book an appointment for said 2 minute timeframe later that day, but thankfully got a different nurse who was pleasant.

  Dr. Islam is very professional and listen to your problems very carefully and provides you accurate medication with the right treatment . He has been always helpful to my family and myself for last 6 years. Thanks to Point Chev. Medical to have doctor like him. One of the best doctor in Auckland. Highly Recommended.

  As a female, don't go to Dr Islam. He is singularly unhelpful, patronizing and I found more helpful information doing a Google search. My visit set me back $40. I should have just ripped the $ up as that's what I got from Dr Islam. Be warned.

  Dr Islam is warm and professional. He listens carefully and suggests pragmatic solutions. Highly recommended.

  Great drs and they never push me out of the door like other practices have after 15 minz.Dr islam is a great dr to go to for minor surgery as he is very caring and efficient and actually reads your file and listens to you. Dr wernham is a great dr too

  Had to use the medical center 6 days a week for 3 weeks after injuring my hand down country and it got infected.
  Their professionalism and friendly care to getting my wound right was second to none.
  Living in Point Chev they are definitely a Big asset.

  Not happy at all with the service from this clinic. Service took a long time and then was charge a fee that was never told to me. Would have gone to a more efficient doctors clinic if I knew about the fee.
  Would not recommend this location.

  I have shifted my health custom to Grey Lynn Medical who are doing a great job. I found Pt Chev Medical gave knee jerk diagnosis which missed important contextual factors, they were rough taking bio samples, lacking in EQ and uncaring at really important times. Would not recommend.
