  Easy to get to, parking is a bit of a hit and miss and the Rd is always so busy. All the food to date has been as expected.

  Typically rushed . Pizzas a lot of the time are not fully cooked and they could work a bit harder at cleaning the place

  Dude doesn't cut the pizzas very well. Too focussed on quantity not quality. Didn't get extra cheese I asked for.. Girl behind the counter was pleasant. Unusual for a pizza place.

  I haven't got my refund yet. Been told by pizza hut MANAGE By Phone that she's posting my refund by mail. Been months now. We pay for good in full. But ORDER will be missing. Manager she the one made a big mistake in my ORDER. Check your order. Shes very Unprofessional as a MANAGER unbelievable.

  Manager of the henderson store was very rude. His customer service skills are non existent at best.
  Delivery driver didn't apologize for being late either or say anything at all.
  They need to seriously work on their customer service skills! Not impressed

  Wow, where to start? Ok, all the staff were terrible. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst each other rather than serving customers. Now Im not an impatient sort, & if I can see staff are overwhelmed Im happy to wait!!! BUT after standing at the counter for an excess of 5 minutes waiting to be served without an acknowledgement and the line slowly piling up behind me, I ended up calling for assistance and insisted on being served. It was at this point I was shocked to over hear one of the indian girls with long hair (when it should be in a hair net) refer to me as being a prick in her native tounge (hindi). Now I may not look indian, but my partner is and Im pretty fluent. I had ordered and paid online, and knowing that there was a slim chance at getting a refund, I bit my tongue (hard). BUT wait there is more. I made my order to be picked up at 2pm... I didnt walk out of there until 2.40pm AND my pizza(s) were F#*ken burnt... Not happy. Never again at that place when they have staff with such suckful self righteous attitudes. Hire better staff who actually want to work and give great service.

  Pizza is usually warm when delivered, only been cold once. When ordering drinks such as a 1.5L L&P, most of the time they are sold out and turn up offering coke instead. Pretty bad service seeing as you pay half an hour before then turn up saying it's sold out. Get your act together pizza hut.

  Never rely on the late night shift workers at this place. Just head up the road and get your stuff from the Lincoln Rd Pizza Hut, way better there.
