  Great service , these guys fixed a damaged screen on both sides of my iphone , installed a screen saver , and even dropped my phone back personally at my business within 24 hours , highly recommended and will use again

  They are humble and technically sound. It had been a while since I have been stuck with app issues and could not download any app not even Covid tracing app but Shauvik actually helped me in 5 minutes and didnt even charge anything. They are simply awesome and would recommend them to everyone for their mobile services

  I found these guys extremely helpful .They provide friendly and polite service and went the extra mile to help sort out the issues I was having with my phone.I am an elderly client and they made me feel welcome and did not mind having to deal with my lack of technological know how. - Thanks guys!

  I went in on the 6th of June because my iPhone 7 plus screen was cracked and unresponsive. They put on a new screen and all seemed to be working when I picked it up, by the time I drove home my phone was stuck in an infinite apple logo boot loop. I took the phone in the next day and was assured it was my battery, I told him that before the repair my battery functioned fine although slightly old. He then continued to try and convince me to purchase a battery replacement from them promising it would fix my problems, being skeptical I declined and took my phone with me. I purchased an apple repair kit with all the equipment to open up my own phone. As soon as I took the screen out(still connected to the cables) the phone turned on immediately. I found the front camera cable had been pinched and was blocking a connection to the camera. This was causing my phone to infinitely restart. That cable is permanently ruined and the only solution was for me to buy a new front facing camera + cable. I'm very disappointed in the service and replacement of the screen. Especially the fact that I took it back the day after and they blamed a battery instead of their faulty repair work. Do not use Phone Zone in South City for any repairs, there's many more trustworthy places that I will use for any future needs.
