  Had this policy for over ten years and paid in thousands $ - but just a heads up - as your pet gets older they will only pay out 50% (gold policy) of any vet bills (just when you need it). Not sure it was worth it. On a more positive note when claiming, the process is relatively easy and responsive. Check out Trust Pilot for more reviews and insightful info about this company.

  I’ve had a great experience with my pet insurance claim, after a bad experience with my cat. My 11 month old cat needed emergency after hours surgery for a blocked bladder. All up his vet bills were just under $4000. I didn’t check my policy and wasn’t sure what the limits were, or how much I would need to contribute. I’m beyond happy and relieved that it was fully covered and I only had to pay $150 excess. Amazing. The claim process was fast and I had a friendly response as soon as I lodged the claim. The advice that it was accepted just took a couple of days. Couldn’t be happier with the team here.

  Sales work was particularly professional. Was impressed with the clarity and price of special offers etc. A seamless transfer from temporary insurance over to our new Silver policy for our new pup.
  Peace of mind is a great thing, and these guys are the real deal. Very happy with the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade policies if required too. Good work team!

  I have had my border collie insured with Pet N Sur for most if his life, he is 9 now. I am not rich, far from it, my dog is my child & my best friend, he means the absolute world to me. We have had a few issues over the years & Pet N Sur have been INCREDIBLE!!!! I honestly don't know if Chester would still be here without them. Whenever I meet a new dog owner on our travels & the conversation is about health & the well being of our dogs I ALWAYS recommend Pet N Sur, they are just amazing. Simple claims process, fast response, great customer service. Please if you are researching Pet Insurance GO WITH THESE GUYS, you won't regret it.
