I've stayed at pavilions 3 times now, currently in the third stay, and it is brilliant. Beds are high quality, there is free high cap wifi, and the restaurant and bar are also lovely. The room we are in, one of the two bedroom suites (800-12) is incredibly cozy while still being nozy. Only criticism i can give is that our shower was quite difficult to use properly, with the spout being stuck over 2 metres in the air, making it hard to wash properly. There is also a room wide window directly above the bathtub, which was very revealing. However, the hotel is outstanding and I would definitely stay again.

It's alright. I'd describe it more as a motel than a hotel but it wasn't bad really. Bathroom looked a bit aged.

Good service and easy to get into. My room was nice and spacious with a decent bathroom. I almost wanted to use the mini bar everything they had for you looked so good.

Nicely done. Well situated between the airport and central Christchurch. Quality cottages and above average service. Whirlpool baths but bathrooms do need better cleaning. Some hairs were found and the bath jets spewed out black particles. Buffet breakfast is a bit expensive at $25NZ/EA. There are other accommodation options.

Very disappointing. For the price we paid you would expect more. The 'gym' is in fact a small container with no space, no ventilation and with equipment that is either not working or incomplete. It wasn't possible to shade all windows in our room. The shower was not working properly (very low pressure, and switching from hot to cold or no water at all). When we checked out the receptionist didn't ask how we enjoyed our stay. In sum I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is no value for money.
