  Great service. I became separated from my travelling companion in Auckland and we both missed our flights. Raj looked after our car for an extra few hours without any penalty to us.

  My mother actually referred me to Park n Depart and I didnt know what to expect. As I was booking online I read all the reviews and was stunned and couldn't wait to meet Raj! When I first arrived, I called Raj and said he'll be couple of minutes. As I saw the roller going up I didnt know whether to drive in so Raj popped his head out and gave hand signals to drive in with a smile. As we were driving to the airport I was surprised how Raj said not many people know about this company so I told him I will spread the word for him! Raj is soo nice, kind and humble.

  Received car back and had a dent in it and the fuel level was a lot lower. Unfortunately I didn't check the kms, but I think they've been driving it around as it was parked on the street when I got back! They insisted the dent was there when I left. It definitely wasn't. Avoid.

  Great service, prompt and friendly. Have used twice and won't hesitate to book again. If looking for weekend or long term parking, this is better prices than airport and just as convenient.

  Terrible experience. Waited for 45 minutes at the airport to pick us up. I rang after 25 minutes and they said they would be right there. But no. It would have been better to tell us how long it would be rather than have use wait outside in the wind and cold expecting them at any moment. This wasn't the only poor service. I had purchased the premium valet and the car still had dirt on the outside and dust on through the inside. It looked like they had just hosed it down and vacuumed. Certainly no polish and not what they describe on their website. I told them I was not happy. They said the usual cleaners were away and someone else valeted the car and that they would refund half. Which is still over the top for what they did. Two months later I am still waiting for the refund, after asking where it is three times since. My advice is to avoid these people.

  All went well when we go into the premises but there was noone around for 15min when we arrived. Nice staff, just need a more accessible service :)

  Quick, convenient, more comfortable and cheaper than at the airport. And our car got cleaned at arrival! Highly recommended!
