First time ever being turned down at a cafe / bar / restaurant asking for water. Am unsure if it’s a policy of the place but the lady at the counter was just plain rude when she said “unfortunately no”.. and proceeded to walk away

Experience was okay things seemed a little out of control when we were there and the place wasn't even that busy. they brought us the wrong order, then brought us another order and it was still wrong. We didn't realize this until we were almost done eating. I went and talked to the guy at the counter and he handled it for me (only reason i didn't give a 1star) So the customer service in that case was really great. food is good. just seems a little messy.
