Great garden centre with a neat cafe so you can get a snack while browsing.

Variety of plants are offered for sale, tho sometimes it's hard to find staff to ask for advice. Café onsite and gift store that sells non gardening products

Great garden centre, helpful knowledgeable staff. Good selection of garden and indoor plants. Also has a good gift shop with wide variety of products and price range. Includes the very good Chocolate Frog Cafe.

I phoned this garden centre to see if they offer a (paid) service of landscape design advice. The answer was yes, and I was told to come in and chat to the owner. So I did and then was told by the owner he would visit my house two days later. I agreed to the charges he explained to me - which would provide me with suggestions and a full quote to provide the plants we needed.
I didn't hear a word for 10 days until I followed up. I specifically said to him if he was too busy or couldn't provide the service I needed, then to please tell me and I would go to someone else. "No, Im really sorry" he said. "My business partner has been away and we are just really busy. I will call you with an appointment time tomorrow." I gave him the benefit of doubt and now at least another week has rolled by without any word. I can understand if a business is busy - but this customer service is appalling. He has over promised and delivered on nothing.response / report this review -

Great food, lovely cheesecakes, slices and desserts. Best in town.Great coffee, smoothies. Friendly staff and nice surrounding .
