  First of all they got our number of People wrong so we had to wait for them to rearrange the tables then we ordered our food and I asked for the chicken breast with chips and coleslaw with my bacon on the side , once my meal arrived it was served on well over cooked vegetables woody carrots dry corn (apparently it was char grilled) then when I alerted the waiter he just pointed out thet it was served with vegetables, even tho I had ordered it otherwise so after I disagreed with him he went and got me the chips I asked for and walked away the chips were amazing tho, we then finished our meal and wanted dessert but had to get up from our table and go to get a waiter as no one was coming to help us I ordered the Black Forest gâteau, as a pastry chef I know a good cake when I taste it and it was good for this level of restaurant, unfortunately when we went to pay they charged us $8 for the chips that I asked for , over all the food was acceptable but service was dreadful and they did nothing to try and fix their mistakes, I hope my next dinning experience at the bistro is better than this time

  This brief review is specific to the takeaway part of the Club as this is where I ordered food from. I frequented the takeaway twice, the first time approx. 8 months ago, the service was mediocre and the food (Hawaiian pizza, fish and chips) was below average. It's pricey.
  
  The second visit was recently, I ordered a Meatlovers pizza in hope that it would be better. It wasn't, excess meat does not make a good pizza. However, the reason for my review is due to the horrible service. I realise that majority of customers in a review portray themselves as blameless. With that said, I genuinely went in with a good attitude and a smile on my face and yet I was met with contempt (presumable by a senior staff/management). No exaggeration, contempt is the perfect word. I was looked upon with disgust.
  
  After my pickup I remained calm and polite with little to no change from the individual. The message was clear, DO NOT COME BACK. I won't.
  
  I hope you have a better experience than I.
