A good place to visit. I don't consider it a "must visit" unless you're into taking lots of photos. The location is stunning and great for photos. You will probably get 45mins in the pool for your hour slot. Due to getting change pre and post. Price is on the higher end.

Great place beautiful spa and surrounds very peaceful however I tripped coming out of the tubs as the floor was so slippery, shame as I bruised my knee and foot and could of been alot worse. Was more surprised that the lady at the counter just had no sympathy and said well it's just like when you come out of a pool, so basically your bad luck. I'm surprised there were no rubber matting on these floors nor wet floor signs being a professional service and what you pay. Think improvement in customer service would have been appreciated also.

Best relaxing hotpool with amazing view. Its ultra popular so need to book more than a month in advance. We went at night ~9pm. On a mostly clear moonlit night the view and atmosphere from our private hotpool was epic. The 1h flies by extremely quickly! Barely had time to drink tea and eat ice cream. It's super relaxing. Also beware when pressing the "add cold water" button ;)

This is a wonderful place to escape the winter cold. The serene setting makes it a rather romantic intimate 'getaway' for couples. I would highly recommend this luxury retreat to unwind and relax and soak up the goodness of mother nature all around you.

Bring your drink bottles or prepare to get dehydrated! What an experience this was. Absolutely stunning view. Very private room, and you are not disturbed at all. Even the shower and changing rooms were a great experience.

I'm from Japan, live in North island for work. Now I came here for holiday. I didn't understand about we must reserve. I've been here today without reserve, she said Monday to Friday, we can't use without reserve. I never heard this kind of system as Onsen in Japan. I was very disappointed because it seems not too many customer there. Now I know it's my fault. You guys please reserve at first. Oh and they say ''Japanesse'' in their website, but actually we are ''Japanese'' lol

Wow You get a private room with a hot tub overlooking a mountain view. The front wall is made of glass and can be rolled back for some fresh breeze. Worth the money. It's not cheap. You can book for one hour or two. And you can go at night time. You get pick up and drop off.

Our last night on our honeymoon and this was amazing. The hot tubs are brilliant. Do it at night, looking at the stars is brilliant. Brilliant service from the ladies and the free shuttle is good as well

I couldn't rave about this place enough; I want one near me in Australia so I can go every second weekend! There is a lovely view of the mountains and we had our own private area. My fiance got a proposal package which included bubbly and chocolates and ice-cream. What a lovely night!

We visited Onsen Hot Pool twice this year . First time was on our snowboarding trip. And let me tell, that nothing compares to the hot pool after the day on the slopes !! Second time was in summer after the day hike. And again, my muscles sang in joy and my eyes feasted on the fantastic view. Always a great idea , summer or winter! Make sure you book in advance , it is crazy busy.
