  My experience at this place has been awful.I went here for a wof and told me get my 1) wipers replaced 2) that my handbreaks had too many clicks 3) and my headlights aligned.They told me it would cost $175 to get it repaired. So, I went to another mechanic and he fixed it for $80.I went there for a re-test and he told me to come some other day/time (very reluctant to do a re-test); and would do a re-test if I get lucky.Perhaps, he was quite annoyed because he could not rip me off. I went there another day with my mechanic and he picks on the light again.So, we told him that we would come back after we repair the lights.He tells us that he won't be doing a re-test (which is illegal!).He calls the security to make us leave the premise.The security told us that they get called every week cause of one or the other customer ( now you see I am not the only one). So, I took my car to another place and got my wof done with no problems whatsoever. I am writing to the NZTA. How could places like this exists that have a terrible business practice; and is unreasonable; esp in a country like NZ.I am going to follow up with NZTA till the matter reaches the Ombudsman office. Do not go to this place. I have quite a few bad customer service experience, but this was the worst.Can't believe that you could be so so rude and deny someone for a retest.

  This place is not as good as it used to be. Quick to fail a WOF on trivial or borderline issues since they started doing some repair work.

  Not impressed by the service provided, being told twice to "come back tomorrow" for a 3min wof recheck is just ridiculous. Definitely won't be coming back again

  Went here for years but will never go back. Basically made up stuff to fail my car. Went to another place and passed straight away.

  Very friendly and honest. Just had my WOF done and would highly recommend this place. Worked through a bunch of problems and came up with good solutions. Talked me through what needs to be done to my car before my next inspection. I'll definitely be going back.

  This place was awful. Went in on a Sunday and they said it would take an hour and a half to get the wof done. Once I came back they said the wof was failed because of the hand break, that even after you pulled it the car would still move. Jump into my car and they haven't even pulled the hand break to the max so that's why the car still moved. and they said the wipers weren't working and that it was jammed, when I turn it on it's working perfectly fine.they have left black marks all over the interior of my car. Not happy, would not recommend at all.

  Worst place ever to go failing me so I go get the work done only to go back and get told that is still smoking! waited all day the first day when my car was booked in had to take it back the next day it day there all day until they finally did it, very rude wait in line for over 30mins to be told it failed the second time! No seating so you have to stand around for hours waiting, took it for a secound wof at another garage just to see if it is smoking and get a wof no issues no smoke they are money making scum buckets down there they should loose there wof license
